Christmas / Fruit Cake Mix Kit


Rich Fruit Cake in a Bag Mix

this was Sally’s Grandma’s (lady who operates the mill)  Christmas cake recipe. Makes an 8″ round cake (or 7″ square) bake at 140 Deg. C.

just add brandy, golden syrup, butter and eggs. You will need marzipan and Icing to decorate.

Ingredients: Currants, Raisins [raisins, vegetable oil], Sultanas [sultanas, vegetable oil], WHEAT Flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], Dark Brown sugar [Sugar, molasses], Mixed Peel [Orange peel, lemon peel, glucose syrup, preservatives (E202), SULPHUR DIOXIDE (E220)], Glace Cherries [cherries, glucose syrup, citric acid (E330), Erythrosine (E1270, SULPHUR DIOXIDE (E220)]. ALMONDS, Mixed Spice [Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves, Cinnamon, Coriander] Allergens are in UPPERCASE.

Almonds are bagged separately so you can leave them out should you wish.
